If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, 

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If a refund is issued, fees and charges will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All of our prices include shipping and handling. Below is an approximate guide to how long your parcel will take to arrive after the courier has picked up. Please note during busy seasons delivery may take longer than expected.

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

Please do not use P.O boxes, we can not send to them.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number from the courier if an email address is provided.

Earthlife will also send one after the parcel has been picked up from the courier, however, sometimes the parcel is delivered too quickly for Earthlife to send one to you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Earth Life Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Earth Life Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this stage, Earthlife Pty Ltd does not ship outside of Australia.
